The 100%You Athlete Award

After completing the team program, one athlete from each team (unless I work with over 100+ competitive athletes on one team than 2 are chosen) is chosen to receive the 100% You Athlete award. The chosen athlete(s) is an individual who embodies what 100% You Athletics stands for. An athlete who is: encouraging, dedicated, enthusiastic, and it a positive role model and teammate! Along with a certificate the chosen athlete(s) will receive a $100.00 scholarship to go towards their training.
